Maftuna Ismailova is from Kushkupir and received her bachelor's degree in English and Language Teaching from Urgench State University. She has been a teacher at Secondary School #4 since 2016. She is also one of the leader teachers at her school and a member of school sports clubs. She has different certificates, not only in English teaching, but also in other spheres. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to gaining knowledge and experience through actively participating in the program.
