Mahfuza Jakbarova is from Namangan and received her bachelor’s degree from the English department at Namangan State University. She has been an English teacher at School #1 in Yangikurgan since she began teaching. She worked as a teacher-trainer between 2014 and 2016. In addition to this, she participated in English language teacher training workshops for the Retraining and Professional Development of Public Education Employees, which was conducted by English Language Specialist Danielle Sass. After finishing the workshops, she attended the English Language EdCamp in Namangan in 2019 and got several certifications. She hopes to develop her career by seeking a position in a progressive organization with the aim to contribute knowledge towards the growth and objectives of this organization. She wants to enhance and develop her professional skills within the organization to the best of her abilities. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to developing her professional skills and experience.
