Tumaris Kalbaeva is from Kanlikul and studied Foreign Language at Karakalpak State University. She graduated in 2019, began working as a teacher at School #7 in Kanlikul, and has been working there ever since. Owing to the fact that she started 2 years ago, she has enough experience to teach pupils effectively and to create a friendly atmosphere with them. She believes that a teacher should also be a psychologist, an actor, a doctor, and so on. In this program, she hopes that she can learn new competencies and methods for being the best teacher.
