Nasiba Madrahimova is from Fergana, Uzbekistan. She has been working as an English teacher for more than 13 years and is head English teacher at her school. As a headteacher, she always supports other English teachers with their lessons. She shares with them non-traditional methods of teaching English and easy ways of improving student knowledge. Teaching pupils with old methods has become difficult, so she tries to introduce new methods in her lessons. In the future she will seek to gain more effective skills and innovations from the ESN Regional Peer Mentor Program. She hopes this program will help her learn and better understand educational methods, thus preparing her for future professional practice. She is ready to enrich her knowledge through the ESN Program and gain new skills.
