Gulshanoy Mamasoliyeva is an English teacher at School #10 in Namangan. She graduated from Namangan State University in 2011 and has been teaching for 10 years. The main reason that she applied for ESN is that she has always had a great willingness to enhance her experience with native speakers and mentors. She is really keen on participating in different discussions on topics related to English and improving her skills. She always wants to be a perfect teacher and work on herself regularly, but she noticed that she is not an individual learner. She feels very comfortable when in an academic circle. She hopes this program will launch her initial steps for succeeding in her future career.
