Gulnaz Mirzakhanova is from Takhtakupyr and received her bachelor’s degree in English Philology and Language Teaching from Karakalpak State University. She has been a teacher at School #10 in Takhtakupyr, Republic of Karakalpakstan since 2018. She has also been a teacher at Kindergarten #7 since 2018. She leads an English club and has extra lessons after school with pupils. She received a monthly salary bonus certificate in 2018. Several of her pupils have participated in Olympiads and one of them got 2nd place. Recently her 4th grade pupil took part in the Hippo International English Olympiad. As a Regional Peer Mentor-Teacher, she is looking forward to improving her teaching techniques and getting experience in the program.
